Shipping & Returns

We’re pleased to offer worldwide signed for shipping on all purchases, no matter how big or small your order. All express delivery orders placed before 2pm will be picked, packed and dispatched by our fulfilment team on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please ensure your details are correct upon order as we are unable to edit delivery addresses of parcels already dispatched. If any customs or VAT charges are incurred on orders placed outside of the EU, the buyer is responsible for these charges.

If you're in the EU you are now liable to pay all extra import duties. If you are waiting for a parcel, please be aware that you may now have some customs charges to pay before it is released. It's important to check your spam and junk folders for any liaison from the local customs office so you can retrieve your parcel.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay import fees from Blacksmith Store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Blacksmith Store. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
All customers are entitled to return their products within 14-days of receiving their order provided items are in original, unused and resell-able condition. We do not offer free returns. All costs associated with returning your order are your responsibility. We suggest adding insurance equating to the full value of the contents and choosing a service that includes tracking and requires a signature. We cannot be held accountable for returned items until we have received them. Please download our returns form here and once you have filled it out, send your order back to the address shown in the top right-hand corner of the form.
If you are unable to print the returns label, please include a piece of paper with your full name, order number and continue the steps above.

Our stock levels change very quickly - to ensure you don’t miss out on the product you would like, return the product to us as explained in the returns section above. Once you have dispatched the return, purchase the desired product. This policy is in place to avoid you missing out on items which sell out whilst your return is on the way back to us!
