SHIPPING

We’re pleased to offer worldwide signed for shipping on all purchases, no matter how big or small your order. All express delivery orders placed before 2pm will be picked, packed and dispatched by our fulfilment team on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please ensure your details are correct upon order as we are unable to edit delivery addresses of parcels already dispatched. If any customs or VAT charges are incurred on orders placed outside of the EU, the buyer is responsible for these charges.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Signed for delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-4 working days) £3.99

Express Delivery: DPD Next Working Day* - order before 2pm £6.95 

*Orders placed over weekends or public holidays using DPD will be shipped the following working day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Tracked delivery: 2-10 working days, calculated at checkout

Express Delivery: 1-5 working days, calculated at checkout - order before 12pm 

DUTIES & TAXES

All duties and import fees will be calculated at checkout.*

*If you are ordering from the United States, some products may be subject to Tariffs. To avoid any extra fees for the customer, this will be displayed as a considerable increase in the Taxes & Duties visible under the shipping options at checkout.  

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay import fees from Service Works, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Service Works. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

RETURNS

All customers are entitled to return their products within 14-days of receiving their order provided items are in original, unused and resell-able condition. We do not offer free returns. All costs associated with returning your order are your responsibility.

We cannot be held accountable for returned items until we have received them.

 

RETURNS ON ORDERS PLACED WITH GIFT CARDS

Refunds will automatically be sent back to the gift card and any amount refunded over the gift card total will be refunded to the payment card used at checkout.

Swap Gift Cards: Gift cards generated with extra credit from a previous return, where you opted for a gift card with extra credit can not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, this service is not available to international customers at the moment. T
o ensure you don’t miss out on the product you would like, return the product to us as explained in the returns section above. Once you have dispatched the return, place another order. This policy is in place to avoid you missing out on items which sell out whilst your return is on the way back to us!

SWAP PACKAGE PROTECT

When placing your order you may opt in or out of Swap Package Protection, if you opted in for Package Protection and paid for the Insurance this section applies to you.

Easy and Fast issue resolution for any parcel lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We have your back. If your package is impacted by damage, loss, or theft, you can easily resolve shipping issues with Swap. New items are shipped immediately, at no cost to you, upon approval.

Claims for packages marked "delivered must be filed after 3 days and before 30 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not
"delivered") in must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

 All claims must be filed within 30 days of the order date.
All orders where package protection is purchased at checkout will be 100% carbon neutral. Swap protect purchases carbon credits through our partner Tree Nation to help reforest the globe.
